CANCELLATION BY US
Please be aware that occasionally we may have to refuse or cancel an order. We reserve the right to reject or revoke any order for any reason at our sole discretion. Limitations on the number of units that can be ordered, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any problem with the product’s quality are some of the circumstances that could cause your order to be cancelled. Before accepting any order, we might also need more proof or information. If all or any part of your order is cancelled or if more information is needed to accept your order, we will get in touch with you. If you change your mind about placing an order after your credit card has been charged, the money will be returned to your Card Account.
CANCELLATION BY THE USER
We reserve the right to accept or reject cancellation requests for any reason in the event that they are made. As per standard business procedure, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount if we receive a cancellation notice but the order has not yet been processed or approved by us. Only requests to cancel orders that are submitted within 24 (twenty-four) hours of placing an order on the website will be considered valid and accepted. Orders that have already been processed by us cannot be cancelled, nor can orders for which a cancellation request is made after 24 (twenty) hours have passed since the order was placed. Whether an order has been processed or not is entirely up to us. The User consents not to contest our judgement and to comply with our decision regarding the cancellation.

BILLING
The VAT is included in the cost of our product. The destination to which the order must be shipped will determine the VAT that will be charged. The combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates in accordance with the address to which the order is being shipped will be applied to the order. Where applicable, we reserve the right to collect taxes on shipping costs.
DELIVERY
Depending on the shipping location, we try but cannot guarantee to deliver the products to Users within 3–4 weeks of the day the sale was closed. Other factors include transporters’ strikes, courier partner delivery delays, and more. The option of delivering the goods in instalments is something we reserve. A separate contract will be created for each delivery if the goods are to be delivered in phases. If we fail to deliver any one or more of the installments or if you have a claim regarding any one or more of the installments, you may not treat the contract (as a whole) as repudiated. At our discretion, we reserve the right to charge you for the additional shipping fees if you refuse to accept delivery of the goods.
Please be aware that we guarantee every purchase from the time it is in transit until it arrives at the delivery address you have specified. Any delivered goods must have a signature, at which point ownership of your purchased goods passes to you. Please be aware that we strive to ship every order within 24 hours, or 48 hours during sales. The estimated delivery times start from the date of dispatch and should only be used as a general guide. Any delays in the delivery process brought on by outside delivery services and/or by the time needed for statutory clearances are not our responsibility.
Additionally, there may be occasions when we are unable to send the confirmed order(s) to you for any number of reasons, including but not limited to the ones listed below:
(i) unavailability of the relevant product;
(ii) poor/improper/defective quality of the relevant product ascertained through our quality audit process; and
(iv) inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. In the event of any circumstance(s) as aforementioned; you shall not be entitled to any damages or monetary compensation.
In the event we are unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) as mentioned hereinabove and the payment for such order(s) has been made by you through your credit/debit card, the amount paid by you while placing the order(s) on the Site will be reversed back in your card account. No refunds shall be applicable on the orders made by the Users under the Cash on Delivery (“COD”) option.

ARE THERE ANY DUTIES AND TAXES APPLICABLE?
All of F N House orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Jaipur, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, the customer will be responsible for paying these additional fees. F N House and the courier service takes no responsibility for non- delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.
